TDF has become a leading player in the digital world and has grown based on the core principles of its new organization in line with the needs of its customers.


With the underlying goal to adapt to new consumer habits, succeeding in the audiovisual broadcasting transformation, consolidating the European media logistics market and converting the telecoms offering into an offer for media operators match the essential and natural evolution of the Group.


The nine executive committee members report to Olivier Huart, President of TDF :

  • Aymeric de Cardes, Director of TDF Media Services Division and Chairman of Arkena and Mediamobile

Olivier Huart

OLIVIER HUART (Ecole Polytechnique, ENST, Insead) began his career at France Télécom. He was subsequently chief executive of Cegetel followed by BT France, before his 2010 appointment as President of TDF.


Benoît Mérel

BENOÎT MÉREL (DEC, ISC Paris, IEP Paris) first worked forMazars and France Télécombefore joining TDF in 2008 ,where he is nowCFO, Legal, Audit, Administration, Strategy and Innovation, BIDManagement and M&A.

Aymeric de Cardes

Aymeric De Cardes graduated from ESC Rouen and holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. Aymeric began his career in 1989 with LVMH.


Between 1999 and 2003 Aymeric was Chief Operating Officer and VP Sales with Integra (since taken over by Genuity/Verizon). In 2003 he joined WorldSpace as CEO Europe, followed by SES Astra in 2005 to develop projects for mobile radio and TV by satellite. In 2007 he moved to TDF to lead the International Development Department.


Since 2012 Aymeric has been running the Group’s M&A and Bid Management department.

Christine Landrevot

CHRISTINE LANDREVOT (Supélec, Columbia) is Head of Business Unit Telecoms and Services.
Having held various positions in sales and marketing abroad for major telecom equipment suppliers including Ericsson, Christine Landrevot joined TDF in 2012.

Franck Langrand

FRANCK LANGRAND (Ecole Polytechnique, ENST, Paris Dauphine University) is Director of the TDF Audiovisual division which he joined in 2007 having worked in various positions for Orange Group.

Jean-Louis Mounier

JEAN-LOUIS MOUNIER (ENST, HEC, Insead) joined TDF in 2010. Having held various technical and project management positions within Thales, Sagem and SFR, Jean-Louis Mounier is now CTO.

Arnaud Lucaussy

ARNAUD LUCAUSSY (Ecole Polytechnique, ENST) was appointed Secretary-General in July 2016 after serving as Director of Regulatory and Public Affairs since 2010. After several advisory positions in the Bercy (French finance ministry) ministerial offices, he was Director of regulatory and economic studies for SFR.

Christophe Maximilien

(IGS, Masters in political and public communications, history degree) began his career in Human Resources in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined TDF in 2002 where he occupied several HR positions before becoming Human Resources Director in 2013.

Hélène Kayanakis

HELENE KAYANAKIS (HEC, MBA Berkeley / Köln) began her career at CMA-CGM in the North America Division as Eastbound Manager. She joined TDF in 1997 and occupied variance Finance functions in the Group . She is now Deputy Group CFO, in charge of Controlling, Supply chain, Commercial Backoffice, Accounting and Consolidation”.
